Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Provide positive, professional, and helpful front-line customer service reflective of the organization to both internal and external clients
• Receive and respond to customers by phone and/or email
• Prepare and update, all service documents and system updates as required
•Organize all jobs and keep clients and support staff communications updated as required
• Provide Management updated inventory reports and keep ESS business system management information accurate and up to date
• Comply with all Health and Safety processes and procedures to maintain our safety culture
• Support the business promotional activities as required
If you have this skill set you could be the ideal candidate:
• 1-3 years of administrative experience preferably in an equipment or construction related industry
• Previous experience is preferred
• Accommodating, personable and comfortable with a variety of different clients and customers
• Highly organized while having strong attention to detail
• Able to problem solve and address concerns while having little to no supervision
• Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding and application of basic accounting principles
• Previous experience with PFW, CDK an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with direct experience in Excel
